All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 6pm will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Malaysia only

We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia.

Estimated delivery time: West Malaysia – 5 to 14 days | East Malaysia – 3 to 7 days

Flat shipping rate of RM25 applies. Complimentary shipping for orders of RM299 and above.
Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and wellness products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Supporting evidence is required, including clear photos or videos of: (1) the order received; (2) original packaging; (3) your order confirmation.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or decline requests at our discretion.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer only.

Replacement
