SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing to shop with us 🤍 We strive to ensure every order is processed and delivered with care and efficiency. Currently, we ship exclusively to Malaysia.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6pm will be processed on the next business day.

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

Shipping within Malaysia only

  • We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia.

  • Estimated delivery time: West Malaysia – 5 to 14 days | East Malaysia – 3 to 7 days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather conditions, or peak periods.

  • Flat shipping rate of RM25 applies. Complimentary shipping for orders of RM299 and above. 

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before confirming your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Lost Parcels

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all orders before shipment. Please read our refund and return policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and wellness products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Supporting evidence is required, including clear photos or videos of: (1) the order received; (2) original packaging; (3) your order confirmation.

  • All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or decline requests at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer only.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Replacement

  • Approved replacements are subject to stock availability. If the original item is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be provided.

Sale & Promotional Item

  • Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or sales are final and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations are not permitted.

  • By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
